Introducing our 2026 training
We are Independent Advocates. This means that we help people to be heard and secure their rights. We are specialists in helping people in vulnerable situations.
Why do we train staff in other organisations?
We have seen that people working in other professions can benefit from our specialist knowledge and experience. In these courses we share insights from our profession.
Why choose us?
Our advocacy service has won multiple awards. For almost 30 years’ we have been helping people to have their voices heard and rights upheld. Our Independent Advocates have specialist skills and expertise and provide high-quality support. Over 350 people from a range of backgrounds and professions have now received this training.
Our training is suitable for everyone in a supportive role. It’s especially useful for advice workers, support workers, legal advisors, service navigators, housing officers, social workers and community workers,
When organisations book our training, they like to have specific examples from their field of work. We offer tailored versions of our workshops. Up to ten people can attend.
“ The training has been transformational in our organisation! We can’t recommend the trainer and the advocacy team highly enough!”
