Tyneside and Northumberland Mind are your Local Mind. We provide mental health support to people across Tyneside and Northumberland.
Tyneside and Northumberland Mind exists to promote positive mental health with flexible, responsive and sustainable support services. We were founded in 1981 and have over 40 years of experience providing mental health support. We offer a variety of services within the Gateshead area and beyond, including Safe Space Support Groups, Creative Support Groups, Autism & ADHD Support Service, and a Support Line.
