About the Role
The Secretary plays a key part in keeping our charity organised and running smoothly. You will manage meeting agendas, take minutes, and help keep plans, calendars, and documents up to date. As a new organisation, we especially need someone who enjoys bringing structure and clarity to a growing team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing agendas and taking accurate minutes
- Managing board diaries, planners, and key documents
- Helping trustees stay informed about upcoming meetings and deadlines
- Supporting communication between trustees, volunteers, and partners
- Assisting with the coordination of outreach programmes and community partnerships
About You
- Experience in admin or secretarial work (in any capacity) is helpful but not required
- Good organiser with attention to detail
- Confident communicating with different people
- Keen to help build strong foundations for a new charity
